The International Leaders in Education Program (ILEP) is a program of the Bureau
of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, and is
implemented by IREX (the International Research & Exchanges Board), a
Washington, DC based non-profit organization.
ILEP will consist of a semester-long academic program at a U.S. university,
including coursework and intensive training in teaching methodologies, lesson
planning, teaching strategies for their home environment, teacher leadership, as
well as the use of computers for internet, word processing and as tools for
teaching. The semester-long program, which will commence in January 2012 and
conclude in May 2012, will also include an internship at a secondary school to
engage participants actively with the American teachers and students.
The Fellowship provides:
• J-1 visa support
• A pre-departure orientation held in Indonesia
• Round-trip airfare to and within the U.S.
• A Welcome Orientation in Washington, DC
• Academic program fees
• Housing (generally shared with other program fellows)
• Accident and sickness insurance
• A daily allowance for meals and incidentals during the university academic
program
• A laptop computer
• A $200 book/professional development allowance
• A Closing Seminar in Washington, DC
• A $100 excess baggage/shipping allowance (international)
• A $80 checked baggage allowance (domestic)
• The opportunity to apply for collaborative grants with U.S. colleagues

Eligible
Applicants must:
• Be secondary-level, full-time teachers with five or more years of classroom
experience in disciplines including: English as a Foreign Language, Social
Studies, Civics, Mathematics or Sciences.
• Be citizen of Indonesia
• Be proficient in written and spoken English with a minimum institutional TOEFL
score of 500 or higher or IELTS 5.0
HOW TO APPLY
Candidates should complete the appropriate application forms. Forms are
available either by mail at infofulbright_ind@aminef.or.id or in person at the
AMINEF Office, Gedung Balai Pustaka, 6th floor, Jl. Gunung Sahari Raya 4,
Jakarta 10720.
Applicant must submit the original application and four complete copies (for a
total of five (5) copies). Each copy of the application should be submitted in
the following order:
1. Application
2. Curriculum Vitae (see sample format in the download form)
3. Statement of Purpose
4. Completed recommendation form and letter as well as completed institution
support form, and
5. A copy of your ID card (KTP or passport)
Note: Each complete application should look identical and be stapled. No other
form of binding is permitted.

Kabar gembira bagi para guru SMP atau SMA yang menjadi pengajar penuh bidang studi Bahasa Inggris, Ilmu Sosial, Kewiraan, Matematika, serta Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. Tahun ini, The International Leaders in Education Program (ILEP)kembali menawarkan beasiswa studi ke Amerika Serikat (AS) tahun akademik 2011/2012.
ILEP adalah program milik Biro Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Departement Luar Negeri AS. ILEP dikelola oleh IREX (the International Research & Exchanges Board), sebuah organisasi nonprofit yang terletak di Washington DC, AS.
Melalui program beasiswa ILEP ini studi akan berlangsung selama satu semester dalam program akademik di universitas di AS, yang meliputi kuliah dan pelatihan intensif dalam bidang metodologi pengajaran, pembuatan materi pelajaran, strategi mengajar yang disesuaikan dengan tempat dan lingkungan pengajaran, kepemimpinan guru, termasuk penggunaan komputer dan internet, serta software sebagai alat bantu dalam mengajar.
Program ini akan dimulai di bulan Januari 2012 – Mei 2012, yang juga akan melibatkan observasi di sekolah tingkat menengah di AS yang akan menghubungkan peserta secara aktif dengan para guru dan siswa dari AS.
Adapun skema beasiswa ini meliputi biaya orientasi sebelum keberangkatan yang diadakan di Indonesia, tiket pesawat internasional dan domestik di AS, orientasi kedatangan di Washington, DC, biaya studi program akademik, tempat tinggal (umumnya berbagi kamar dengan peserta lain dari program ini), asuransi jiwa dan kesehatan, uang saku selama program akademik di universitas, laptop, dana buku/tunjangan pengembangan profesional dan lain-lainnya.
Bagi yang berminat, pelamar adalah guru sekolah tingkat SMP atau SMA yang menjadi pengajar penuh bidang studi Bahasa Inggris, Ilmu Sosial, Kewiraan, Matematika, serta IPA. Selain itu, kandidat harus berpengalaman mengajar 5 tahun atau lebih dan memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris aktif dan pasif yang dibuktikan dengan melampirkan skor ITP/iBT TOEFL minimum 500 atau IELTS 5.0.

BalasHapusOnce upon a time, there lived a prince called Siwon. He so handsome and many girl liked him. He lived on The Aragorn Palace.
One day, when he had went to the forest to hunted, he saw a pretty girl with arrow and looked so terrific. When the prince wanted to approached the girl, she felt frightened and she ran away. In the palace Prince Siwon always thought about the mysterious girl. He tried to looked for information about the girl by ordered the soldier. After several days looked for information, the soldier looked out Prince Siwon.
“Prince, I had knew who that girl and where she lived”, said the soldier.
“Who? And where she lived?”, asked Prince Siwon.
“Her name is Princess Minzy and she lived at Miracle Palace”, answered the soldier. Then the Prince begged the soldier to took away where the Princess lived.
Afterward, Prince Siwon met Princess minzy and they introduced each other. More day, they more near and the prince decide to introduced Princess Minzy to Prince’s parents. First, King Hyukjae or Siwon’s father received their arrived by well. But when Princess Minzy asked about her family, the King knew that her father is the enemy of King Hyukjae. The King became angry and drive away Princess Minzy from Aragorn Palace. Since the moment, Prince Siwon prohibited by he’s father to met Princess Minzy again.
Knew about that King Sungmin or Minzy’s father felt lowed. Then King Sungmin commanded his soldiers to attacked Aragorn Palace. Finally the both Palace war, and by secretly Prince Siwon and Princess Minzy ran away from their Palace. By not deliberately in the Jungle they met.
Finally they made a decision to ran away to other Island and built the Palace and they are lived with the happiness without discovered King Hyukjae and King Sungmin.

Cat and old woman
BalasHapusOnce pon a time, at New York City there lived a wild cat.Her name Cathy. She is so tin and dirty.
One day, when she was went to park, there are some naughty boy distrubed her. She ran, because she so afraid. After a few minutes, she tired and thirsty.And then, she rest under the tiee. Suddenly, an old woman came to her. Because she so tired and thirsty, she can’t ran again.
That old womand treated Cathy at her house until Cathy health and clean. Cathy felt happily, because old woman helped her. Wherever old woman went, Cathy always followed her. Cathy so happily lived with old woman. Till the end, old woman went without invited her. And finally that old woman died because she has an accidented.
Cathy never knew if old woman was died. She stay waited at them house, until she died, because she never eated and drunk at them yard.
